Privacy policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
The short version
Esthr is a small, early-stage project. We only collect what you choose to send us — your waitlist signup or a message through our contact form — and we use it to reach you about Esthr. We don't sell your information, we don't run ads, and we don't share your data with advertisers.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, the optional role you select (for example parent, caregiver, or provider), and the interests you check so we know what to send you first.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information (such as your IP address) when you load a page. We use your IP address briefly to rate-limit our forms and deter spam; it is not used to build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use your waitlist information to contact you about Esthr — to let you know when it opens and to send guides relevant to what you told us you need. We use contact-form messages to respond to you.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they only process your information on our behalf: Vercel hosts the website, and Resend delivers our email. We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
Cookies and tracking
Esthr does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use minimal cookies necessary to serve and secure the site.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until Esthr launches and for a reasonable period afterward so we can welcome you, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by reaching out through our contact page. Every email we send will also include a way to opt out.
Children
Esthr is written for the adults — parents, caregivers, advocates, and providers — who support children through early intervention and special education. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
As Esthr grows, this policy may change. When it does, we'll update the date below. Significant changes will be communicated to people on the waitlist.
